Customer ordered item did not pay claimed someone else did off her account I put in non payment claim and eBay allowed her the party at fault to leave me a negative she has done this to other sellers, to top it off eBay charged me fees on her purchase which was never paid for and when I relisted it and it sold they charged me again and it's not the first time and despite over 100 successful transactions PayPal withhold all payments for up to 21 days it's a total scam.... If you go to the item you was selling or selling press help you you will find a choice of ways you can contact them. You must do this in office hours only or it is closed for the day.
